Board Directors

Members of the board of any organization play a crucial role in directing its success.

How Our Board Operates

The Board Governance Manual defines the roles and responsibilities of the Board, and the Executive team of Directors. The Board also establishes policies, procedures, guidelines and its bylaws to outline how the Board will carry out its duties of stewardship and accountability.

Board Opportunities

Board members bring a wide range of skills, interests, knowledge, and expertise to their work.

Operating under a code of conduct, individual members function as a team to support the interests of the organization and community it serves.

The essential business of the board is governance, articulating the mission and vision, as well as creating policy and evaluating organizational performance.
