We welcome nonprofits, charities, grassroots organizations, community groups, and public agencies that engage volunteers. Even if you’re not actively recruiting today, participating is a great way to raise awareness of your orgainzation and build connections with future volunteers.

We’re hosting this year’s Volunteer Fair on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10am to 2pm in Mabbett Hall at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre. More details such as setup times will be sent closer to the event date.

Each exhibitor receives:

• A 6-foot table and two chairs.
• Support from an event volunteer to assist with setup, takedown, and breaks.
• Promotion through Community Volunteer Connections before the event.

Participation is free for Full Service CVC subscribers. Non-subscribers may reserve a table for $79.
