We're hosting this year's Volunteer Fair at Port Coquitlam Community Centre, which is easily accessible by transit, walking, biking, and car.

A 5-minute walk from the centre of PoCo's downtown, it's an easy walk if you're in the area. There's bike racks available at the front entrance.

A convenient drop-off loop is located at the front entrance (Wilson Ave @ Mary Hill Rd) while underground parking is available off Mary Hill Rd.

Who can register?
When/Where is the event?
Weβre hosting this yearβs Volunteer FairΒ on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10am to 2pm in Mabbett Hall at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre. More details such as setup times will be sent closer to the event date.
What is included with registration?
Each exhibitor receives:
- A 6-foot table and two chairs.
- Support from an event volunteer to assist with setup, takedown, and breaks.
- Promotion through Community Volunteer Connections before the event.
How much does it cost?
Participation is free for Full Service CVC subscribers. Non-subscribers may reserve a table for $79.
