Today, we’re launching our 50th Anniversary Stabilization Fund to keep essential volunteer programs strong during a challenging funding year.

💬 Our Challenge

Demand for volunteer services is rising, while funding has become increasingly unpredictable and operating costs continue to grow. As a volunteer centre serving the Tri‑Cities since 1976, we play a unique and essential role — but we need your help to protect and sustain the programs our community depends on.

🌟 Our Goal: Raise $10,000 to Strengthen Volunteer Services

Your donation will:

• Support volunteer training and coordination.
• Build capacity in local nonprofits struggling with high staff turnover.
• Provide outreach to schools so students can discover volunteer opportunities.
• Ensure smaller nonprofits can showcase their roles at our annual Volunteer Fair.
• Maintain essential tools, resources, and community supports.

Every dollar you give creates a ripple effect, uplifting hundreds of volunteers, dozens of nonprofits, and thousands of community members who rely on volunteer‑powered services.

📊 Our Impact Last Year

• 259 attendees connected with 29 nonprofits at our Volunteer Fair.
• 114 volunteer opportunities posted by 40 nonprofits.
• 2,174 volunteer hours contributed (valued at $45,000).
• 493 volunteers and 207 organizations reached out for help and referrals.
